Opening doors to reproductive healthcare....... Unlocking barriers through training and education.. The Family Planning Council of Iowa is a non profit organization working to make sure that good, safe family planning services are available to the women and men of Iowa. We open doors to reproductive health care by providing funding for family planning exams, birth control methods, breast, cervical, and testicular cancer screening, and Sexually Transmitted Disease testing and treatment. We open doors by supporting community education about family planning and public advocacy.
